The Savor sports a unique V-frame design with three synchronized mics strategically placed to best capture your voice. The addition of a third, noise-activated microphone better isolates your voice for a more natural sound without the need for a long boom.


The AudioiQ3 technology with advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) further reduces background noise and enables clear conversations between you and your listener.


Voice Commands for Hands-Free Operation

With voice-activation technology, you can answer calls without lifting a finger. Simply say "answer" to pick up an incoming call, or press the dedicated voice button for a host of other convenient commands, such as "pair mode," "redial," "cancel," or "call information."


Using this feature, you can access Plantronics Vocalyst hands-free text and audio email service, or Microsoft's Bing 411 service for traffic, weather, sports, news, and other updates.


Voice and Visual Alerts

Enhanced voice alerts such as "phone connected," "low battery," "talk time X hours," and "pairing" take out the guesswork of managing calls or keeping track of the headset's battery level. Additionally, built-in software enables you to monitor the headset's battery level on your iPhone.

Any product purchased through us can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you made your order.

Please read the below steps explaining how to exercise this.

1. Request a return number by e-mailing us or using on our website contact form before returning the product. Please include your name, order number, the reason for the return, and if you want to return for a full refund or exchange for another product. Within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the request you will be contacted via email with an RMA number and product return instructions.

2. Returned items must be complete condition and not missing necessary parts. When returning a product, please write your RMA number on the package.

3. We will not pay the return shipping costs for non-defective returns. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly.

4.  Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. The refund will be issued the same day as we receive your returned product.  If the product is not required to be returned, the refund will be issued on the same date as we specify to you by email.


If you wish to get a replacement of the same product because of a defective product after 30 days from the date you made the order, all products we sell come with our own 6 month replacement warranty from the order date.  Please email us with your order number and description of the defect for a replacement.  We can send the same product or an equivalent product of similar value that you specify.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders placed Monday-Friday will packed and sent within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise specified on the product detail page. Our standard delivery option is shipped with a registered mail tracking number.  Please view our delivery information page for more details on shipping time.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct address during checkout.  If a package is ever undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may responsible for any shipping charges to resend the package.

Within 12-48 hours after your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name. You can also view this information by signing in to online Order Status section.  Click the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available. The U.S. Postal Service and other carriers may not provide up to date tracking information.

Lost packages:  If a package is ever lost in transit, please get in contact with us to make arrangements for the package to be resent.

Cancelling an Order 

You may be able cancel an item or an entire order, provided the item(s) in your order have not been prepared for shipment, or have not shipped. If you are unable to cancel item(s) and need to make a return, please review the Returns section and get in contact with us.
